We have infused this home with every thoughtful touch and detail we could want for, and we’d love to share it with you! Whether you’re staying one month or three, you'll find this serene home with palm trees and expansive backyard to be a true paradise. You can relax in the hammock or cool off in the sparkling pool while you enjoy the sights and sounds of doves and hummingbirds flitting overhead. This home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and is ideal for snow-birds since it's all on one level (no stairs) and has dedicated RV parking in the back.
There is plenty of space in the huge, fenced backyard for Fido to run about. On a perfect Arizona evening, enjoy cooking up dinner on the Weber grill, then serve it on the 8-place outdoor dining set. There’s a gas fire pit to warm you on those chilly winter nights, or break out the umbrella to shade the summer sun.
This quiet, friendly neighborhood is extremely sensitive to noise, and parties won’t be tolerated. This is a non smoking property, and there is no vaping allowed indoors. Please note that Scottsdale law mandates strict quiet hours after 10 pm. Tenants who violate this rule will be evicted and held liable for any fines incurred.

PARTIES
★ This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is extremely sensitive to noise. Parties or events will not be tolerated.
★ Maximum occupancy is 6 pre-registered guests, 2 additional daytime visitors with pre-approval.
★ Scottsdale law mandates quiet hours after 10 pm.
FEES
★ Non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog
★ $200 penalty per undisclosed pet
CHILDREN
★ No children under 9 allowed due to lack of pool fence
PETS
★ Dogs only, limit 2 strict limit under 40 lbs
★ Short-haired breeds only
(Shedding is otherwise unmanageable)
★ No aggressive dogs
★ No cats or other types of pets
★ Use provided pet blankets to minimize hair on furniture, especially bedding
★ Extra cleaning fees may be assessed if excessive pet hair removal is required.
POOL
★ We cannot guarantee pool will reach target temperature (84 degrees) on the colder days. For this reason, we don't charge an extra fee.
★To keep heat in, it is necessary to keep the pool covered overnight using the provided pool cover
★ Pool is not heated mid-late May through late September.
★ Do not attempt to adjust the pool temperature or other settings on your own, please contact us
★ Guest is responsible for pool cover removal, replacement, and safety of pets and children
RENTAL AGREEMENT
★ A rental agreement is required for bookings of 30 days or longer and is to be signed by all parties on the reservation.
GENERAL
★ No smoking indoors or outdoors
★ No indoor vaping
★ No fireworks
★ Must be at least 25 years old to book
★ No confetti or glitter decorations, Scotch tape or blue painter's tape only
★By default, the thermostat goes no lower than 69 degrees to prevent damage to AC coils. If you are uncomfortable please let us know and we can make exceptions upon request.
NOTE: Guests who break the house rules may be evicted and held liable for all damages, repairs, fines, fees, and legal costs incurred.
SECURITY
★ Your safety matters. There are 4 security cameras recording audio and video, one located at the front door, one inside the garage, one at the back yard gate, and one at the back patio door. All are aimed to capture entrances and none look into any interior spaces. These are monitored to ensure that only authorized guests and service providers are on the property. Backyard patio camera can be disabled upon request 24 hours after arrival.
GUEST ACCESS
★ Guests have access to the entire property except one locked owner's cabinet in the garage and one in the master bedroom water closet.
