- Second Bedroom (downstairs) has a king bed, nightstands, closet, 42" TV with cable, and direct access to downstairs full bathroom.
- Bunk room (upstairs) has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, dresser, closet, and 42" TV with cable.
- Upstairs full bathroom is located in hallway between bunk room and loft area and has a walk-in shower.
- Loft area (upstairs) has a queen sleeper sofa with a gel-foam mattress, coffee table, dedicated workspace, and sitting area with 2 chairs and table.

- Front Porch includes year-round mountain views, outdoor dining table with seating for 6, new in 2022 Blackstone propane griddle (great for big mountain breakfasts!), outdoor seating area for 4 with coffee table, 6-seat hot tub with lounge and bluetooth speakers (hot tub purchased and installed in May 2022)(*hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between each and every guest), and day-bed porch swing.
- Gravel Fire Pit area includes 6 wood Adirondack chairs, 2 side tables, and cooking grate (great for roasting hot dogs!)
Spacious gravel parking area easily accommodates 4 vehicles with room to turn around. Driveway and approximately 1 mile of roadway leading to property is gravel, but is well maintained and accessible by 2WD vehicles under most circumstances.
Detached garage is not accessible to guests. Guests' use of hot tub, indoor and outdoor cooking equipment and appliances, and fire pit is at guests' own risk.
