I’ve put much effort into making this home into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home. To help maintain the space for future guests, please follow these guidelines:
-Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please plan accordingly.
-Furniture & Cleanliness: Please don’t rearrange the furniture, don’t eat in the bedrooms, and clean the kitchen after use.
Energy Conservation: Turn off lights and electronics when leaving the house. Please set the A/C to 78°F before you leave for the day or check out.

Quiet Hours: Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and avoid making loud noise between 11 PM and 8 AM.
• No Parties & Guests: Parties are not allowed, and for insurance purposes, only registered guests should be on the property.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas.

Pets: Pets are welcome as long as the pet deposit has been paid. Please keep pets off the furniture, especially sofas and beds.
• Security Cameras: For your safety and the protection of our home, we have security cameras at the front door and in the backyard.

Before You Check Out:
-Please throw used towels on the bathroom floor.
-Take the trash out to the outside bin next to the garage.
-If you have dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher so our cleaning crew can prepare the property for the next guests.
