Bedroom #2 includes two twin beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms – the first on the upper level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second on the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum of two 60 lb. dogs (or one 75 lb. dog) may be brought to this home. Cats are allowed. There is an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per night for all pet types that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please note that cats are not allowed in this property due to homeowner allergies to litter and dander. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. Any deviations from these times will need to be approved in advance by the local management team and fees may apply.
• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell system monitoring the front door.
• Please be advised that this residence is designated as a strict NON-SMOKING environment. Any evidence of smoking found inside or outside the premises will incur additional cleaning fees.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.
In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.
Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be, management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
