Positive: Facilities - only wish the weather was better to enjoy more time in the outdoor areas. The room was lovely - spacious & spotlessly clean. Breakfast - great choice, tasty & fresh. Location - a nice 15 minute walk along the water into the heart of Newport or alternatively a shuttle running every 30 minutes
