This includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and any other substances. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the front sidewalk, away from the house. Complaints of smoking on the property will be subject to fines in excess of $2000.
2. No Parties or Gatherings
We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Parties, loud gatherings, or events such as birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Violating this rule will result in a $2000 fee, Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the surrounding community.
3. Extra Guests
To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please only have the number of guests listed in your reservation staying overnight. If you have visitors, you are allowed a maximum of 5 guests at any given time.

For your safety, the home is equipped with security and monitoring devices, including a smart door lock (Nest), a Ring camera, and a Minut sensor. The Minut sensor monitors both noise levels and smoke. Please do not tamper with or disable any of these devices. Any interference will result in a $500 charge.
