Enjoy water views, a relaxing pool, and a cozy open living space with a daybed and pullout twin. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and unwind in the King Suite. Includes beach gear, Wi-Fi, and parking.

The property is on the Intercostal waterway with great views from the pool. The condo itself has one spacious bedroom w/ king bed, a spacious living area with a pullout twin & daybed and a full kitchen. We have beach equipment for your use & a beautiful setting in paradise, welcome!
Walking into the condo, which can be accessed with the electronic lock, you will enter the dining room and spacious living area. We have wifi, a smart TV and a daybed, which can function as a sleeping space for a child. There is also a pullout twin bed in the oversized chair. By day, this is a comfortable living room and by night, can comfortably sleep 2 children.
The kitchen is fully stocked for you to cook and prepare meals or eat in! The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and chair, dresser and closet.
The pool area is one of the great perks at this location! It is very quiet with amazing views of the water with plenty of space to lounge or sit outside. A perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors, BBQ or grab a fishing pole and fish from the dock.
Please note! This is a 3rd floor condo and the elevator is not working at this time.
The parking space that is assigned to the unit is quite small and will not fit a larger vehicle, SUV or a truck. We would recommend a car or small SUV. There are several visitor spots, but those cannot be guaranteed. If you do have a larger vehicle, we cannot guarantee a parking spot.
You must be able to walk up stairs as it is on the 3rd level and the elevator is not functioning.

This is a small complex with several year round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. This is not designed as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.
The pool is NOT heated but is warm with Florida sun most of the time.
