Rusty Rio is a large rustic home set under large oak trees and distant mountain views, with raised edge swimming pool, cabana and alfresco entertainment area. Lovely kitchen, perfect great room and a kid’s bunk room make this property very popular! A fun place to gather with family and friends, just a 2 minute to drive to the 2nd crossing on the Frio River.
The charming kitchen, living room and bathroom is fantastic and there's plenty of wild deer that bed down at night and eat during the day. Very private, Rusty Rio sits privately on a quiet country lane only a block off River Road and looks out over a mountain. There is the main two story house and and a separate guest house to give families ultimate flexibility. Bedrooms all have new fresh linens and the bunk room has new flooring, curtains and bedding.
As great as the inside is, the outside is where everyone will want to be. The swimming pool, horseshoe pit, barbeque, fire pit and poolside lounge area are the ultimate destination for relaxing. This neighborhood is safe for young kids to walk, bike and hike.
