Please note that the property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
We routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs in the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!
The Swiss Chalet is equipped with security cameras, a Minut noise monitoring and smoke detection device and keyless entry. The first camera is facing the driveway and the second camera faces the deck entry. They are both motion sensored, so they do not record 24 hours a day, only when activated by motion. The Minut system is located inside the house on the main level, this system DOES NOT pick up or record conversations, it detects noise and smoke levels only when they reach a certain threshold.
