Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in this beautiful villa, for 6 people and with a private pool, on the outskirts of Lloseta.
Outside this beautiful villa you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the private chlorine pool of 8 x 3 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m deep. It is accompanied by 3 sun loungers for sunbathing, although you can also relax in one of the two Balinese beds. Going down a few steps from the pool you access the porch, ideal for eating and dining, with a barbecue, in the open air, or having a drink at sunset in the armchairs. You also have a terrace equipped for this in another corner of this house. The fenced plot offers approximately 4000 m2 of land.
The property has 2 floors. On the upper floor you will find the living room with A/C and TV-SAT, located next to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, which it connects to via a marble peninsula. From here, a couple of steps lead to the dining room, also with A/C and access to the pool. The 3 bedrooms in the house, all with A/C and three with wardrobes, are located on the ground floor. Three of them offer a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. One of the doubles has a window with only a view of the interior of the house but offers access to the terrace. Furthermore, two of the bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms with showers in the house, one on each floor. Available 1 cot and 1 high chair.
