Grey Goose is a gorgeous home located only steps away from the Middle Beach in the quiet village of Surfside Beach, Texas. Driving up to the house you will immediately notice the expansive wrap around deck with plenty of shade, the two picnic tables, and the great water views. Another fun feature is the water hose located at the top of the stairs; this is ideal for hosing off sandy feet, kids and beach toys! This deck was designed to be enjoyed all day, all night, rain or shine.
Once inside you will immediately notice those same water views from outside are easily enjoyed from inside as well, this is due to the large number of windows across both walls in the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. The kitchen area has a sleek, modern feel with all the upgrades… granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island with breakfast bar, high-end lighting. You will also find the washer/dryer located right off the kitchen which seamlessly blends into the modern feel of the kitchen.
The living/dining area is all open concept and offers a unique layout as the whole space can be utilized to fit your needs. There is also two entrances to the outside deck from the living room area. This helps to extend your inside living space to the outside deck with minimal effort.
Beach access is easy and quick as you are within a minutes walk to the beach. Just walk to the end of Ocean Avenue. There is no need for a walk-over as there are no dunes to cross.
