3-bedroom one level home located in Montego Bay, off of 135th street and Peachtree Rd. Large, open floor plan in well maintained home! The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances including a digital air fryer. Home is direct canal front with private pier! Nice, large, enclosed porch and open decks on canal! Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2nd room has one queen, 3rd has a set of bunks and a full-size bed so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Close to restaurants, shopping. Community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Please note the boat lift pictured is not available for guest use so this property will not accommodate a boat, sorry.
Linens are not included in this unit, but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $162. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
