The Cape Cod Sanctuary… New Listing!! This newly renovated home, with its Japanese influenced gardens was designed purposely, lovingly and thoughtfully to create beauty and provide a deeply peaceful atmosphere for your own renewal and refreshment.
The property is well located in West Falmouth Harbor, and includes private beach rights to a beautiful association ocean beach which can be walked to from the house. This area tends to be fairly quiet but is only a short drive to the nearby towns of Falmouth and Woodshole. The home, itself, is filled with light… has a Lovely kitchen featuring granite counter tops, tile flooring, new Bosch dishwasher and other new furnishings. The living room is comfortably furnished and is also very light and airy with its many windows. There are two bedroom both with new Beautyrest firm mattresses; one bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a kingsize bed. . Our two beds can comfortably accommodate four guests and a fifth guest may be accommodated as well: we have a quality electric twin inflatable mattress which is high off the floor. This twin can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the livingroom..
This home offers high quality bed linens, and towels for your convenience. The kitchen is also equiped with the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker to make your stay comfortable.
