Summary: The hotels.com stated the room prices included tax & I wouldn't be asked to pay more. The lobby was empty doors locked for the first 10 minutes of me getting there. Then i was told i have to pay a deposit that was more than the cost of the room with taxes, and I couldn't get a refund for the $ I already paid for the room.
