The kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including cooking essentials such as an air fryer, toaster, microwave, brand new oven, stove & more. This makes it the perfect space for cooking & enjoying a meal with loved ones at our spacious dining table. Complimentary coffee & a coffee machine are provided, so you can wake up & enjoy a cup before heading out to start your day.

We work around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned before each guest's arrival with a disinfectant cleaner that kills 99.99% of germs. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests.
There is a one-time, non-refundable $325 cleaning fee.
Please be advised that the City of Raleigh is very strict with ordinances regarding short-term rentals. There are no special events, gatherings or parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and 3 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house - thanks!
