*The Living Room has a Big Sectional and the Smart TV to entertain family and friends!
*The dining area has a big window to enjoy “the amazing views” while having dinner with your loved ones! The dining table can seat 8 people, kitchen island seats 4. In the kitchen, we also have a folding table and folding chairs for extra seating.
*Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook your meals!
*The big deck with "the amazing views" is on the Main Level!
-4th Level:
*The Master Bedroom has a KING SIZE Bed with a Full Sofa Bed and a Folding twin size bed. Big window to enjoy "the amazing views" during the day or enjoy the city light up during the night!
*The second bedroom has 2 Bunk beds where 4 adults or 4 kids can sleep comfortably
*The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen size bed!
Do you want to bring more family or friends? No problem! We provide 2 extra twin size rolling beds for those extra guests!
*2 Full Bathrooms are in the 2nd Level (Master Bathroom and Share Bathroom)

-No access to Garage, parking on premises, the driveway can fit up to 6 cars!

-Please note that the top levels (3rd and 4th Level) has Air Conditioning. Lower levels (1st and 2nd) don't have Air Conditioning. However, we provide portable fans.
-Please consider the neighbors, I have a good relationship with them and want to keep it like that :) please do not park in front of their houses or in front of their driveways
- Parking on premises on the big driveway in front of the Garage. more parking on the street in front of the house.
-For the comfort of our guests we provide towels, bed sheets/blankets, 2 toilet papers in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towel in the kitchen, 1 dish sponge, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and 3 extra trash bags. We don’t provide detergent/softer, shampoo/hair conditioning/body wash/wash clothes.
We recommend you to bring anything you desire or might need.
