Heavily stocked home with all the conveniences you'd expect as if you were in your own home. Views are one-of-a-kind & expansive. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 1-story. Wrap around stone patio & outdoor dining area. Fast Wi-Fi. Unique vegetation and fruit trees. Pond & waterfall, and firepit. Large family room w/ 8ft pool table, corn hole & games along w/85 inch TV, 5:1 Surround Sound & PS4 & PS4 games. Minutes to Escondido restaurants, breweries, wineries, casinos, hiking, beaches, Zoo Safari Park and Legoland!
Pets:
The pool area is chain link fenced all around. There is also a smooth rock path on the side of the house by family room restroom that is idea for dogs to use for potty. However, because the home is remote and on acreage, we suggest to supervise your dog while outside in case of rattlesnakes. There are two medium size dog bed cushions and dog dishes.
PLEASE NOTE: Supplemental pool heat may be necessary during the colder times of the year and IS an additional charge. Please reach out before you book to confirm the supplemental pool heat additional charges.

Because the property sits on acreage, there are security and surveillance cameras. Surveillance and recording devices on property - Video surveillance system with 3 outside cameras covering the front and driveway and back/pool area of the house.
