The Right Spot was given it's name because that's where it's located! Situated in a quiet neighborhood in South Tempe, the property is centrally located to ASU, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix, and is within minutes from the I-10 freeway, giving you access to all Arizona has to offer!
The space
The home provides 3 spacious bedrooms. The master has all the amenities of a master bedroom including a separate shower and a large bathtub. The master also has a sliding glass door leading to the patio and backyard. The 2nd bedroom has a large closet and a queen sized bed. The third room is set up as an office complete with office supplies, crayons, paper and art supplies but also doubles as a third bedroom with a comfortable futon and sizeable closet.
The backyard has a small covered patio and additional patio space in the main part of the yard with a patio table, umbrella and 4 chairs. We also provide a new propane barbecue and propane is refilled consistently. The yard also has a large orange tree with delicious fruit during season and backs up to a quiet bike/walking pathway behind the neighborhood and ending at the park down the street.
Guest access
We offer garage parking, driveway parking, and street parking. We do ask guests to avoid parking directly in front of the neighbors homes. You may park directly across the street on Beck where there is plenty of parking available.
Other things to note
Please note we do not allow parties in our home and we do ask that you maintain quiet hours of 10pm-7am as a courtesy to our neighbors.
