The Space:
Living Area
This home includes 2 living areas, each with its own TV! The Great room on the main floor boasts soaring ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace. Walk-in from the large covered porch facing the mountains to access the living area. The second living area is located on the bottom level and has a fooseball table, covered porch and walk out to the fire pit!
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is rustic with charming Kelly-green cabinets, an Apron-front kitchen sink, dishwasher, range and everything you need to cook family dinners! The dining table comfortably sits 8 or enjoy the 6-seat round table on the enclosed porch. Grill on the upstairs covered porch with a picnic table for those beautiful mountain days.
Bed and Bath
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, each outfitted with a comfortable queen bed. The main floor includes an updated bathroom with a spacious shower. The upstairs loft is outfitted with two twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub, perfect for kids or an adult to soak! An internal staircase connects the main floor of the home with the lower game room, which includes a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. The third bathroom and laundry room can also be found on this level.
Outdoor Area
This cabin has it all! The beautiful covered porch upstairs is perched high up in the trees! It includes 4 rocking chairs, picnic table and propane grill. The downstairs enclosed porch has a round 6-seater dining table, sofa and chair. The fire pit is off the enclosed porch and includes three benches; it is the perfect spot for making s’mores!

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st through April 15th
There is one camera facing parking area.

From GA-515 Turn onto Bullen Gap Rd in 1.9 miles turn Left onto Rosewood Dr. in 0.4 miles turn Right onto Overlook Rd in 100 feet you have reached the destination
