Perfect for a private getaway or family vacation, this open concept, sun-filled home is an outdoor lover’s dream. Biking, sailing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, and fishing are just a few feet away from the front door.
Two full baths (one with shower, other with bathtub), a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and a cozy sitting area decorated in soft colors ensure a relaxing trip. Two bedrooms on first floor, one with a king bed other has a queen bed. The third bedroom on second floor has a full size and twin bed. In the living-room there is a comfortable pull-out queen size sofa. The dining area can comfortably seat up to six. The driveway has space for up to three vehicles. The house is also supplied with an outdoor shower, beach chairs. A near-constant ocean breeze provides ample cooling and ventilation. For cooling mini-split AC units are now located in all 3 bedrooms and in the second floor living area. The property also includes free Wi-Fi, an HD-TV, and washer and dryer.
Abutting the Rachel Carson wildlife preserve and located on a dead end street in the quiet neighborhood of Kinney Shores in Saco, ME, the location is unparalleled. The Old Orchard Beach pier is less than two miles away and the vibrant city of Portland is less than 15. Outlet shopping in both Freeport and Kittery is only 40 minutes away and day trips to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport are easy to arrange. Multiple grocery stores, local restaurants, amusement parks, craft breweries, and distilleries are all located within a few miles.
