It's the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway in a private, gated community. This condo is uniquely located on the Point, offering incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hog Inlet, and uninhabited Waites Island, where you can swim, fish, or kayak for exploration. You are neatly tucked away from crowds.
Our unit features full appliances, a washer/dryer, three flat-screen TVs, free on-site parking in a gated community for two vehicles, a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a private walkway to the beach. It is located near bars, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment options for children. This condo is located in Building 3, Unit D, on the second floor. Motorcycles/golf carts are NOT permitted on the property. No Pets are allowed on the property.
