The Space:
This unit can hold up to four guests, providing comfortable linens, your basic bathroom necessities, along with a 50' Roku tv to enjoy! There is also high speed Wi-Fi, and a shared laundry space on the property.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels are provided upon request. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.
We do not have designated street parking-additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
