Positive: Beautiful location / property Loved the unique western vibe Loved watching the horses As we were here on off season ( late September) we basically had the place to ourselves Cabin comfortable temperature Enjoyed tv in Recreation Room

Negative: Forman cabin was much smaller than expected ( still adequate and cozy) No fire starter(finally found some wood chips up the hill) Property needs a bit of TLC. Our window blind was badly broken, cracked mirror in bath house, no pool balls,sauna out of order. No propane in rec room, coffee carafe missing out of rec room. Too many “fees”

Summary: Enjoyed the mountains and ranch property. Property needs TLC. Manager on the phone was helpful with billing issue
