The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining room make it easy to gather for meals, while two additional guest bedrooms share a full bath, and a powder room adds extra convenience. Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy views of the wooded backyard and pool—perfect for summer lounging or sipping coffee on crisp fall mornings.
One of the home’s most unique features is its private courtyard oasis, tucked within the footprint of the house. This inviting space includes a gas firepit (available April-November), making it a fantastic spot for evening gatherings, storytelling, or simply relaxing under the stars. Downstairs, the fun continues with a cozy TV rec room and arcade system, plus another en suite bedroom and two more guest rooms that share a bathroom. Outside, the property sits on a full acre, offering plenty of room to relax. The 16x34 heated saltwater pool (kept between 82–84°F) is open from Memorial Day through early October, with pool toys and floats provided to keep the good times rolling. For May and October bookings, just check in advance to confirm pool availability based on weather. And no matter the season, the hot tub is open year-round for a soothing soak. Note that the hot tub will be available for guests beginning in May 2026.
