Cozy cottage tucked away on a beautiful, wooded lot. Located just minutes from downtown Midway this is the perfect home base to explore the Wasatch mountains and all the activities this area has to offer. With a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room and a wood burning fireplace this is your home away from home. The large viewing windows and expansive outside deck let you enjoy the peace and tranquility this place offers. With Starlink High Speed internet you can stay connected even while away.
This cabin has two floors. The top floor includes the two bedrooms and a full size bathroom. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. One balcony can be accessed from the outside via stairs and deck. The main floor has a kitchen, dining table, eating bar, family room with a TV and wood burning stove. The laundry room is located on the main floor and has an attached half bathroom.
Sleeping Arrangements - Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. The living room also has a queen size pullout sofa-bed.
Parking- There is no garage. The driveway will easily fit 3 vehicles. In the winter, only 2 vehicles may fit due to the snow. There is extra parking in the base parking lot located at the entrance to the mountain community where the dumpsters are.
You have full access to the home and expansive decks. Enjoy the peaceful and natural beauty that surrounds this beautiful property.
PLEASE NOTE: The home is located on a gravel dirt road. The last 30 yards to the driveway are on a steep incline. In the winter, you will need 4 wheel drive and snow tires to reach it. Tire chains are highly recommended as well. The road leading to the cottage and the driveway are plowed during the winter. However, big snow storms could cause a delay getting these cleared.
**If you`re uncomfortable driving in the snow please reconsider booking during another time of the year. Roads are narrow and snowy during the winter. Towing needs will be at the driver`s expense.
