This 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you will need for your vacation and more! Each bedroom has their own tvs and one in the living room too!! Upscale furnishings, granite countertops, bar countertop with bar stools, high thread count linens, etc.
It has two master bedrooms with 2 king beds and a smaller third bedroom with a queen bed.
This is the ground floor of the non waterfront building. It has lovely garden views from the balcony.
Electricity is not included. We will read the meter at checkin and check out. The rate will be calculated using tbe previous month's bill, the allowance will be deducted, and the guest is responsible for the remainder.
We do include an electricity allowance that covers normal use of lights, fans, kitchen appliances, and even a little AC.
