Harbordale is a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a population of 5,130, and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Harbordale offers residents an urban feel and most residents own their homes. In Harbordale there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Harbordale and residents have access to supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, parks, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics. Everything you need is within walking distance or worst a few miles away.
There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE:
The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.
There is central air, it is set at between 70-77.›
Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. Alternating their schedule is not an option.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest digital guidebook at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guidance through a screening process and contract which are required to release check-in instructions.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.
Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. One car max. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM.
