-Dressers located in bedrooms #1 and #3. Double door closet with shelving and drawers in bed frame in bedroom #2.
-Lucious greenery in backyard with a variety of aloe, grape vines, peach, fig, loquat, pear, bamboo, and other various plants and trees.

Phenomenal location puts you within walking distance to several restaurants (Red River Barbeque, Red River Cantina, Roma Pizza, Papa Chen Chinese Food, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Panda Express).
There is a gate in the backyard that spits you right out onto a jogging path. The path will take you around a bend, over a small canal and past a pond. The end of the path will place you in the parking lot of a full size grocery store (Kroger)!!!
Please Note that the garage is being utilized by homeowner for minor storage. Tenant will still have access to garage.
