This large Lake Front Home has 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom and three living rooms, all tastefully "Lake Life" themed. Located on a beautiful waterfront setting, it has a private pool/jacuzzi and games room. Enough accommodation to suit larger families or groups seeking spacious amenities sleeping up to 12 guests. The main master bedroom, which is located upstairs, has a king-sized bed and offers a screened in balcony which overlooks the pool and lake. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, the 4th & 5th bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room. There is also a full size sleeper/sofa in the living room which sleeps 2. The pool patio area has a gas grill/BBQ for outside cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range and dishwasher. The home has a laundry room with washer and drier and there is ample supply of towels and linens. There are TVs in all bedrooms and lounge areas as well as high-speed internet. The games room offers a Pool table and Foosball. This vacation home is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for the other attractions. There are a vast selection of restaurants, shops and other amenities located nearby. Cumbrian Lakes has a children's playground, soccer nets and a nature trail/jogging track round the main lake.This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. Pool heat is optional for an additional fee.
