Home is truly water-front, with outdoor porch, hot tub, firepit, and dock. Includes living room, basement, full kitchen. Well-appointed with top-of-market finishes, furniture, and supplies.
The Space:
Whole home on Chalk Pond with private dock. Chalk Pond is a small lake, great for kayaking and canoeing. Note there are no motorized boats allowed. Swimming is at your own risk / discretion.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Chalk Pond Community, including access to tennis courts, playground, and beach. Please note there are no fireworks allowed.
Getting Around:
Car required. Parking is available in the slot in front of the house off the street and can accommodate 2 cars only. Please plan on bringing no more than two vehicles as any cars parked on the street will be towed by the HOA.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 6 mini-split units at the house. There is one in each bedroom (except the basement bedroom) and one in each living-room. The basement living-room unit cools the basement bedroom well enough. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Fireplace: Not available for use. We appreciate your understanding.
Pets: Cats are not allowed on the property. Dogs are allowed on the property. The following charges will apply: $150 for the first pet, plus $50 for each additional pet.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
