Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.
Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.

Your charges for your stay will be refunded, if already collected, by Airbnb, per their Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area.
If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities.
You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We will offer you a pro-rata refund of your stay, for the remaining days in keeping with the Airbnb Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
