4 bd /3 bth newly renovated inside and putting green beautifully decorated home within 5mi of all Austin has to offer. The house offers 2 PlayStations, 4 TVs with Roku, Netflix, full working kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 living rooms, enclosed back yard with patio and bbq and putting green, king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk bed and trundle in 4th bedroom (which makes for a great kids room), 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, and 1 air mattress just incase. Lots of games, This is the perfect place for friends, families with kids, or business travelers looking for the perfect home away from home. The home only allows 12 ppl max. No parties allowed. Also, we have a boat that fits 10-11 people including the captain, that we take people out on (3 hours minimum). You can wakeboard, wake surf, tube, go to party cove, or just swim and go for rides.
