Lei Lani 221 is a gorgeous, totally updated 1 bedroom + hallway bunks, 1 bath Gulf-view condo that is beautifully decorated and is the perfect place to relax on your vacation. 🌴
You will love the view while relaxing on the balcony. The sugar white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico water that make Orange Beach the perfect vacation destination are located directly across the street from our condo (easy access with crosswalk with stoplight to stop cars).
At the rear of our condo complex, we sit on Old River near the opening to the bay. Guests love to fish off the docks as well as watch dolphins swim by. Sit by the pool and watch the boats and sea life go by. 🚤
Being on the 2nd floor, Lei Lani 221 is easily accessible by both the elevator or the stairs, while still offering great water views. Guests love how quickly you can get from the condo to the white sand and turquoise water. There is a crosswalk right in front of our condo. When you press the button, it gives the cars a red light so that you can easily cross the street.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and flat-screen smart TV. There is a nice sized closet with plenty of hangers as well as a dresser to store your clothes. The second closet is an owner’s closet where we store supplies. Cozy, narrow twin sized hallway bunks (each with their own smart TV) and a sofa-sleeper in the living room offer additional room for the whole family.
The luxurious bathroom features a shower with dual shower heads as well as being completely updated with modern tile.
The kitchen includes pots, pans, and utensils. We try to make sure our guests have everything they will need in their home away from home! We provide a coffee machine and K-cup maker with starter coffee K-cups in the coffee bar area. The refrigerator is a bit smaller than your average refrigerator, so you will want to keep this in mind if you plan to bring a lot of groceries.
The Lei Lani condo communities offers 3 pools to enjoy during your stay! There is an elevated bayside/riverside pool, a heated indoor pool, and a Gulf side pool. Guests love having all the options!
This unit has been beautifully updated with vinyl flooring, granite counters, tasteful beach decor, and comfortable outdoor furniture. We have tried to think of everything to make sure that you truly get to relax while you are here.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be 25 years old to rent. Guest who makes the reservation is required to be present during the stay.
Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed and narrow twin sized hallways bunks. We do have a sofa sleeper, and if you feel that your party would be adequately comfortable with up to 2 additional children on the sofa sleeper, please send a request. Thanks!
TRIP INSURANCE
We always highly recommend that all guests purchase the optional trip insurance, as sometimes things happen that unfortunately are last minute and may cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.
WHAT IS PROVIDED
Towels, Linens, and Blankets are provided with your stay. We provide a starter kit of basic necessities to ensure your vacation starts out right including a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liner, mini sized shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, and starter coffee. It is enough to get you through the night if you arrive late, but you will want to either make a stop at the store on your way into town or have a grocery delivery set up for when you arrive. There are several area stores that will deliver your groceries right to the door.
PARKING PASSES
Parking is free for one vehicle, and you will get your parking pass upon arrival to place on your dashboard. Easy parking right out front of the Lei Lani complex. Park in parking lot - do not park under the building and make sure to display parking pass in dashboard.
MONTHLY RENTALS
We love snowbirds! We welcome you to book our condo at a discounted rate for monthly stays during the months of November, December, January, and February. Contact us for the discounted monthly rates. We also offer weekly discounts during these months.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees up to 30 days prior to check-in date. If you would need to cancel 7-30 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund minus non-refundable fees. No refunds will be given less than 7 days before check-in. We highly recommend travel insurance for unavoidable circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Guests must sign rental agreement that will be sent by email after booking within 48 hours of booking our property. If a rental agreement is not signed in that time, booking is subject to cancellation.
BEACH SERVICE
There is a optional beach service at the beach across the street from our condo that offers lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for a rental fee if desired. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided in our condo.
