One King bed and one Queen bed, both high-end firm foam with luxury pillows and bedding. Foldout couch in Den for extra bed. ✪ Sanitized according to CDC and Airbnb guidelines between guests. Every surface thoroughly cleaned and bedding commercially washed offsite. The actual cost to clean this place b/t guests is $150, we charge $65 since it's not fair to charge full price, a hotel wouldn't. ✪ Spacious 2 bedroom house right downtown manitou. When you arrive, you can park in the alley "loading zone" and grab our parking pass for any lot in Manitou. The closest one is only 3m away next to the arcade, or you can park up the hill (requires walking up and down hill). Parking in Manitou is close to impossible, so the privately paid passes are a great luxury. You will be in contact over the app with professional property managers and the owner if needed. Monday evening a manager will be onsite for 5m to bring the trash upfront, you shouldn't ever need to interact in-person, but just to make sure it's not startling. There is no AC, but the concrete building stays naturally cool. This is an older Manitou building. It's been remodeled by experts, but still some quirks exist: Hot water takes about a minute to kick in, Plumbing can't support flushing wipes/etc, windows are not modern to stick to historical codes (meets all safety egress requirements). Children: We have a crib, but it's not the most ideal space for children. Accessibility: There are 2 small stairs to get into the unit, complete wheel chair access not available (sorry)
