Summary: I was assigned Room 204 when I checked in which wasn't the original room I paid for it was a double room I paid for a king room...I let that slide....the Room had bedbugs and I have pictures of the bites...now they moved me to a cleaner room...the kind of room that they said was booked up, a king room...but then I had no one come clean the room till Sunday at 11am I had been at the hotel on the same floor since Friday...I had a reservation till Monday morning but I left Sunday evening at 3:30 pm after having a shower that took 30 mins for the water to get warm...then to have hotels.com to tell me that I can't have any reimbursement other than $35 in one key cash...so disappointed

Summary: The entire location is sketchy and not the safest feeling property. I was looking for a convenient place to rest for the night. When I arrived in the parking lot I knew that I had made a terrible hotel choice. It’s 10pm now, and I'm seriously considering trying to find another hotel.

Summary: There was no ice machine on property. The room was clean but did not have a hairdryer, iron or ironing board lighting was bad in the room and no dresser to put your clothes in. Back of door was unpainted. Manager was nice and helped me with the T.V. as I was having trouble with it.

Summary: The room was ok but a few moths Although the website said hair dryer there was none. When I called the front office they said no hair dryer so I had to go on the plane with wet hair!

Summary: At check in I was asked how many adults were in my party. There were 2 adults and 2 kids (as I declared on the registration). When the A/C broke the desk clerk asked why there were 4 people in the room, as if I'd lied to them. It was very unprofessional. When he determined he was unable to fix the A/C at midnight he asked if we wanted to check out and he had no other rooms available. He then stated he had one room, which was one double bed, for 4 people, I don't think so. Then he took my husband to the office and magically found another room for us. So at midnight we packed and moved with 2 young kids. It was very inconvenient and we were not offered anything to make up for the issues.
