This beautiful 3 bedroom, remarkably well done Penthouse has 11 foot ceilings, and is completely updated! This is by far the most immaculate condo available in Palm Harbor Club. The King Suite with walk in double shower and jetted tub is quite amazing. 2 additional guest rooms have Queen beds and additional Queen sleeper sofas.
The guest bath with marble tub/shower combo is beautifully decorated. This penthouse is overlooking Fish-tale Marina and the gulf, has beach and bay views all around. SEE THE PHOTOS and descriptions! A short walk with beach cart to the beach from this condo next to Santini Plaza on Lenell Rd across from FMB Fire Station. Fishtale Marina is next door with boat access and boat rentals. The marina operates 8-5 with boats being launched daily. if you like to watch the activity from the lanai. We are all looking forward to many restaurants reopening in Santini Plaza with the return of the Farmers Market October through April every Tuesday & Thursday. Restaurants such as; Bad Ass Coffee, South Beach Grille, New York Pizza & Pasta, many boutiques and apparel shops are reopening as well as Gavin's Ace Hardware, The Liquor Store, Surf Style, Off the Hook, The Islander, and Book Nook. On mid island, Publix grocery store on Fort Myers Beach is 1.8 miles. CVS open 7am - 9pm, on the corner of Lenell Rd as well as gas and convenience items at 7-11 just across from that. Leetran trolly is running with a pick up in front of Santini Plaza. Flippers restaurant, Doc Ford's, Fresh Catch Bistro & Junkanoo,Diamond Head restaurant & beach bar, Cold Stone Creamery and many others are all OPEN with more shops opening every month.
