Enter the home onto the grand lanai (porch) with an 8-seat table, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, conversation, outdoor dining, and games. This large lanai offers a wonderful view of lush gardens and a peekaboo ocean view in the distance, surrounded by fruit trees and tropical jungle.
Through the front doors, you'll be greeted by our huge dining room and kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a large living area, perfect for family board games and TV watching. The Wi-Fi provides high-speed internet. Note: There are no TV channels, so bring your streaming login info!
The home offers five large bedrooms and a comfortable common area upstairs. There is an additional bedroom, office area, kitchen, laundry room, a large conference room* ( for rent only) and dining room downstairs. A newly built 20' x 23' huge patio at the backyard is perfect for a big families and groups!

Four bedrooms 8 guests is the minimum that may be booked and there is a two nights minimum.
The six bedrooms sleeps a maximum of 14 persons in beds. 12 persons are included in the 6 Bedroom rate. Contact us for special arrangements for larger groups.

Guest access
Please know this is a working orchard and the orchard manager will come into the orchard on occasion. Do not be alarmed if you see a truck heading into the front of the property. Please check with our Orchard Manager Ray before picking fruit.
SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS
A. Quiet hours shall be from 9pm to 8am during which time the noise from the Short Term Vacation Rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors .
B. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
C. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.

We do have geckos that like to hang out on the lanai and will occasionally enter the home. We coexist happily with our gecko friends as they eat mosquitos and less desirable critters. Just know that they are part of the flora and fauna of the Big Island.
