Located just one-and-a-half miles north of the Village at Sunriver with all its shops and restaurants (including the excellent Sunriver Brewing Co.), and close to two superb golf courses (Meadows and Woodlands), this home's location is fantastic! Don't forget to relax in the hot tub!
Quaint and rustic throughout, this home features a cozy living room with sectional sofa, leather chairs, wood-burning fireplace, and flat screen cable TV. Or step through the sliding glass doors out onto your deck with table, chairs, and gas barbecue.
The adjacent, full kitchen is packed with accessories and major appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. And enjoy your home cooked meals at your large dining room table with chairs and benches.
With two bedrooms, a bonus loft space, and two full bathrooms, this home sleeps up to six guests very comfortably. The main bedroom is located on the first floor, just a few steps from the front door, and has a king bed, TV, and en suite full bath.
Upstairs there's a second full bathroom (right at the top of the stairs) as well as a loft space with twin bunks and a flat screen TV, ideal for the kids. At the end of the hall, there's a third bedroom with two double beds.
