Summary: The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Although we had no interaction with the food staff member we did see her with someone else and she was very friendly to them as well. The room was clean although there was no body wash in tub/shower. Sat by pool for a little while but that area felt uninviting and one of the doors in to pool area did not work. That area could definitely use some updating.
