Large master bedroom, beautiful tiled bathroom, eat in kitchen, large living room and 2nd bedroom at other end of the unit. Central Air conditioning throughout. The stairwell is open making the space feel much bigger. Slider walks out onto an oversized deck to truly enjoy the weather and catch some sun.
Entry through private entrance upstairs off of private 2nd floor deck. Parking spot is dedicated to this unit but also plenty of on street with no pass needed. Keycode entry inside the front door as well.
I`m local, so always available and full of insight for local dining and things-to-do. Typically I`m in town but I`m always available by hone if any concerns were to arise.
1/2 a block from the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Set back off of Memorial Blvd it`s a quiet side street. Centrally located to everything without having to battle downtown 1 way traffic. Uber ride anywhere in town typically under $6 w/o surge pricing.
Park and walk everywhere, call an Uber or a pedi cab.
Additional parking on street can be easy with no pass required. Sometimes due to events parking can get tight (rarely) there`s plenty of parking around the corner on Middleton Ave as well. Outdoor deck is great in the summer, can watch Roger`s football games & Salve softball games too!
Other tenants in the building, please be courteous. NO SMOKING. Please leave the unit as clean as you found it, it`d be greatly appreciated.
The unit has an open stairwell entry. Past guests with small children were concerned about it as a falling hazard. We bought a baby gate and left it in the unit. Just letting future guests be aware.
Do NOT park in the parking lot surrounding the property. That is the bank``s parking lot and they will tow.
