Great location for Arizona activities and places: close to play parks, spring training, golf, hiking, boating, fishing, Phoenix area art, music, museums, theatre festivals, the great vibe and venues of downtown Gilbert and Mesa, movies & shopping, botanical gardens, holiday events plus direct highway access to further adventures!
Inside this home you will find a beautiful master bedroom with a large walk in shower with rain head, in the newly renovated master bath New granite top vanity, separate toilet room and walk in closet add to the spacious luxurious feel.
Moveable screen provided for open bathroom entryway. Master bedroom has a 43” smart tv for accessing your streaming services to go along with a large comfy and cozy king size bed antique armoire and a full size futon.
There are two bedrooms with very comfy queen beds across from the full bathroom with tub/shower and large double sinks.
Double doors off main living open to a Den with a queen/double bunk (for your safety weight limit 200lbs on top bunk), foozball table, toys, books and changing station. Updated furniture and bedding in all bedrooms; we use zippered covers on all mattresses and pillows for extra protection that provides peace of mind.
Kitchen is very well-equipped with new cookware, new table service for 11, new Instapot & coffee pot, and has seating for 11, at gathering table and breakfast bar.
At the end of the hall there is laundry for your use, with new front loaders installed.
The main living area has a 55-inch smart TV, a game filled console, retro gaming system, reclining sofa and 2 gorgeous Shandig settees; enough seating to fit your entire group. Home is Newly decorated with southwest art by Gorman, E. Sinclair and DeGrazia throughout.
The giant pool and cathedral ceiling patio make the backyard a magnet for fun and relaxation! Weighted double handle patio door, form home to backyard, is child safety compliant. Pool floats and kids' toys, cushioned conversation and lounger seating, lawn space with games provided, and multiple dining seating near the large propane grill. Fire pit table available for crisp evenings.
Close to highway access, restaurants and the malls in Mesa & Gilbert but tucked into a quiet neighborhood with park at end of street. Great home base for the many AZ activities and destinations: hiking, boating, fishing, Scottsdale, botanical gardens, Phoenix sports, art, music & culture, softball tournaments, spring training, and more!
Pool is equipped with a heat pump preset to 86 degrees, seasonally (October 15-April 15) System is preset to cycle in order to achieve and maintain water temp while air temp is above 55 degrees. When temps are below 55, water temps will naturally drop but the system then works to recoup heat loss. Because we can’t fight Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee water temp on any day that air temps fall below 55 degrees OR precipitation occurs. Waterfall feature may not run as system prioritizes heating. We do use a "liquid solar heat" product to retain heat so No pool cover is needed.
A heated pool is NOT A HOT TUB! Knowing this will allow you to enjoy the extended swimming season in Arizona (October 15 until Aprl 15), in a heated pool!
Guest has access to in home thermostat setting with high efficiency system plus ceiling fans in every room. Reasonable seasonable adjustments will be very comfortable for majority of guests.
