The casita and “main house” are divided by laundry room. There is a POOL in the community as well!
The casita has private access, a private yard, and no crossover inside the house.
*The laundry room is the dividing space between the two rentals and it will be shared. This is the only shared space. There is a lock on each door to the laundry room for privacy and safety.

Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.
★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
★ ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES ★
- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.
- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.
- PETS: We allow up to 2 pets with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning. For more than 2 dogs, please inform us in advance; as an extra fee of $50 per dog will apply.
- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.
- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.
- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.
- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.
- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
