Rental includes transfer membership giving you access to 27 holes of exceptional golf, 8 tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, and resort style pools throughout the community. There is a one time $535 membership transfer fee that is not included in the base price on VRBO. If you wish to access the amenities and golf, this fee must be paid upon arrival. My wife and I enjoyed our time in the condo but it was time to get more space as we are starting to grow our family. The community is fantastic and that’s why we purchased a home 1/2 a mile away within RS.
