Up a flight of stairs is the second ensuite (cal-king bed), main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and large balcony. Owner provides a twin tri-fold mattress pad - making sleeping occupancy 6 (1 cal-king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room).
From the kitchen is panoramic mountain views with balcony. Just off the living room is another balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a spacious rooftop deck with mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or entertaining. The BBQ center has a built-in mini refrigerator and gas BBQ, and dining table for 4.
Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to Avila Beach Golf Course and Bob Jones biking and walking trail.
