Winter Pool Heating Costs:
November - March has a $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $50 for each night of your reservation.

Community Info - Here is the information on the Aerie Community and Parking. You may park in the garage, driveway, or around the back where there is room. The large additional Parking area is currently under development. There is no parking on the front street. Clubhouse/Community Pool hours are from 7 am-10 pm. The hot tub is heated year round. The two other pools are not being heated until the end of March. An exercise room is available. Garbage cans are emptied Thursday morning. Our on-site guys come around Wednesday evening and bring cans to the curb if the cans are not already out. Groceries and other supplies are at Walmart, which is 5 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west or 15 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10, as well as other locations around town. This beautiful European inspired community has 2 pickleball courts, a lap pool, swim pool, hot tub, grass fields, and hedges throughout. -> Ironbridge Estate is one of the only properties in Southern Utah designed specifically for large groups of 60+ guests.
