This beautiful house is located in a quite neighborhood with complete privacy, few minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf and more.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn, or sit on the swing in the front porch. Play Air hockey or ping pong in the game area, Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Jump into your private pool and enjoy the charming open nature view and the outdoors while sitting with your family or friends watching the moon light, not to forget the professional BBQ set, that is waiting only for you. I can assure you will Iove it!
You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids.

- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is not heated and will be closed from November 15th until March 1st.
-Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for the for an approval first)
