The Space:
This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom townhouse offers spacious accommodation for 8 people and is adequate with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The townhouse is decorated in a modern style and furnished to a high standard throughout and features a living room, dining table, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and a large private bathroom with a jacuzzi on the first floor: On the second floor, two bedrooms have two twin beds. Additionally, there is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room.

CLEANING & SAFETY
The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in.
For 20-day reservations or longer, an additional cleaning must be made in the middle of your stay at an additional cost of $155.
For 30-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made every 15 days at an additional cost of $155.
In any case, we would schedule the date and time with you.
PARKING
There are parking on-premises. You must go to the gates and register your vehicle(s) under your name. You can register 2 vehicles only.
You will receive a parking permit at the gate of the residential complex. It must be put in a visible place inside your car. Do not take it off while using the parking of the residential complex.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted. Recreational vehicles, trailers, vans, motor homes, boats, jet skis, golf carts, any vehicle with a ladder on top, 3-wheeled pickup trucks, and motorized carts may not be parked or stored on the property.

The pool and tennis courts of this residential complex are open with limited capacity. To use any of these amenities, you must reserve them via phone or email.
Hours of pool operation will be Monday through Sunday during the below hours:
10:00 am to 11:30 am
12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
The use of a face mask is strictly required in closed places where there are many people.
HOUSE RULES
We only provide a courtesy kit to get you going, which contains: 2 soaps, 2 small shampoos, 2 small conditioners, 2 toilet papers (one inside the sink cabinet), all in each bathroom, 2 coffee sachets, 10 coffee filters, 1 dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry pod, 1 paper towel roll, and 2 garbage bags.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Leaving later than the authorized time may result in a charge of an extra night.
No Pets Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $200
Smoking inside and/or outside the house is not allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $150
Events or parties are prohibited.
A security deposit of $500 is charged and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the unit.
