Summary: Our room 108 on the first night was terrible. Right next to the kitchen and was very noisy, not idea after arriving off a 12 hour flight, plumbing was noisy too and had a horrible first nights sleep and was awoken in the morning too by the noisy kitchen. Honestly it was like there were no walls at all. We told the staff the next morning and she was amazing and moved us to the top floor for our second night which was infinitely better. 1/10 for the first night. 8/10 for the second night. Good location in SFO but there are people always smoking all sorts of things right outside the entrance. Also minimal homeless on the block, but lots down the street - Go uphill, not downhill.
