This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome is fully equipped with all the necessities of home. It has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all your pots, pans, dishes, utensils & coffee maker. All linens & towels are included as well. There are a total of 5 TV’s, one in the living room and 1 in every bedroom.
This 4 bed 3 bath townhome will sleep up to 9 people. It is set up with a king size bed in the 1st floor primary bedroom that has a shared full bathroom. All other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The 2nd primary bedroom has a king size bed & full size private bath, the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed & the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed which has a single bed on the top & a queen size bed on the bottom. There is another full size bath in the hallway. You will also find the full size washer & dryer located on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
The private pool area is screened-in & there is a round table & chairs on the patio for your enjoyment. *pool heat is optional at $25 per day with a 3 day minimum. 7 day notice is required.
The townhome is located very close & within walking distance to the 9000sq ft state of the art clubhouse and tropical lagoon style resort pool & amenities.
For your pleasure and enjoyment this resort offers access to many amenities such as a large clubhouse with a Café & Retail store featuring limited Starbuck’s coffee, Hershey’s hand scooped Ice cream, soft drinks, snacks, sundry Items & more. Fitness room, 50 seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court, volley ball, pool side tiki bar & grill, tropical lagoon style heated pool and several jacuzzi spas, for the little ones a children's pool and play area, Arcade & game room, internet library, meeting room, concierge and front desk service. For a tranquil moment they also have a beautifully landscaped walking trail plus a large number of golf courses nearby!
Excellent restaurants and shopping facilities for day to day requirements are just minutes away. Shopping Malls and Premium outlet malls are within a 10 to 20 minutes’ drive. There are also many supermarkets, Publix, Walmart and Target stores within a few miles.
The resort is a gated community with 24-hour manned security. It is located on Westside Blvd., just off of US 192. All amenities are available for guests only staying at the resort.

The complex at paradise palms requires us to register every guest name into their system prior to their arrival at the Resort. Only guest registered & verified by Security will be granted access to the community. Access to the Community Pool and Fitness Center will also use the same registration system. The Front Desk staff will verify that guests are listed in the system and issue a color wristband to each pool guest. Wristbands will be valid for that day only.
Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.
PARKING: You have one assigned parking space in front of the unit marked with the unit address, any additional cars will park in the areas marked non-reserve parking space. All non-reserved parking spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis. No recreational vehicles, trailers or campers are allowed.
DELIVERY PACKAGES / ONLINE ORDERS: Only AMAZON / UPS / DHL /FEDEX; Packages will be delivered: All packages are delivered to the clubhouse of the community. Paradise Palms community charges a fee of $10 per package for handling and storage of packages. Guests are encouraged to deliver their packages to nearby Amazon Lockers or similar storage facilities if they want to avoid this fee. There is no fee for food delivery.
**Any USPS Mail Packages will NOT get delivered as the property is used as a short-term rental & there is NO Mailbox assigned to the property & we DO NOT have a key to the mailbox kiosk/locker. The package would eventually be returned to post office/sender.**
