The gourmet kitchen features new appliances, convenient breakfast bar and dining convenient to the outdoor patio and lounge area.
***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***
This fabulous cabin has all new designer quality decor and furnishings throughout, with high-end linens and custom bedding for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Soaring windows throughout the home accent stunning views from every room. Enjoy the cool shade pine trees in the day or star-filled skies of Flagstaff at night, while relaxing on the private deck, featuring a wood burning stove outdoor BBQ and gas fire pit.
Instructions will be provided after rental agreement is returned.
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
